Albyns is an integrated residential design-and-build studio in Chelsea, creating bespoke homes across prime central and west London. Architecture, interior design, construction and project management work as one team, with a single director as the client’s point
of contact from feasibility to handover. The studio’s work is contemporary classical: a period London façade preserved, with a thoroughly modern home behind it. Projects include whole-house refurbishments, full rebuilds, multi-level basements, pools and spas, and listed and conservation-area properties in Chelsea, Kensington, Notting Hill and Holland Park. They also offer pre-purchase feasibility and aftercare through Albyns Maintain.
Expertise
Albyns designs interiors for period and renovated houses across Chelsea, Kensington, Notting Hill and Holland Park. Each room is designed to its own brief, with bespoke joinery, lighting, furniture and finishes made by long-standing craftsmen. Because the interior design team work alongside the architectural team and builders, every scheme is planned into the structure from the start, from concealed lighting to stone and metalwork. Contemporary classical interiors that are timeless and liveable.
