Julia Korner is a restorer and conservator of polychrome sculptures and altarpieces as well as paintings and frames. She specialises in the complex cleaning of 16th to 20th century works of art. She also makes traditional gold leaf and gesso frames and overmantles to order using her extensive book binding tools to enhance the decoration of such frames. Julia offers a picture valuation service based on twenty years’ experience at Christie’s and fourteen years running her own company.
