Floors of Stone’ new ceramic tiles

Floors of Stone have just launched an exclusive range of handmade ceramic tiles, created and designed in their on-site ceramics studio, at their Cotes Mill showroom.

The new collection, with intricate detail and simple glazes, has been created by Hannah Livesley, whose background is in art and design. She has used antique printing blocks, foraged flowers and flora from the Cotes Mill grounds, to inspire her designs.

In Hannah’s words: “My inspiration came from our stunning Cotes Mill showroom, full of history and character and surrounded by beautiful, lush grounds. The roofs of the dove houses were a particular influence and I took that pattern into my own designs. I love the excitement of opening the kiln as you never quite know how your work will turn out. It’s always a thrill to see the tiles finished and displayed in the Floors of Stone showroom and I love speaking to our customers and chatting about their ideas.”

The tiles are available in 100x100mm, 120x120mm and 150x150mm sizes, in a variety of designs, as well as simple, plain tiles which allow the feature tiles to really stand out. They are available to buy individually, or for larger or bespoke orders, email Hannah@floorsofstone.com. Prices start from £6 per tile.
