Here’s our final round-up from Decorex 2012….
Giovanna Ticciati‘s elegant ‘Duomo Table’ in stained and polished ash was inspired by the gothic towers of the Milan Duomo. Above it is Cox London‘s Venetian glass mirror, made up of over 1,000 hand-pulled glass leaves.
Veedon Fleece‘s ‘St Mark’s Square’ silk rug is made to order in any size.
Bronzino‘s new ‘Odalisk’ planters, in solid copper and zinc, can also be used as occasional tables (with a marble top as shown here) or as seats (with a stone top).
Copper & Silk produce beautifully handcrafted lampshades. Their ‘Pencher’ light (with a white or black arm and wall plate) is perfect for lighting seating and dining areas. The chairs below it are by Fiona McDonald.
Vivienne Westwood’s paper frocks in the entrance foyer are made up from wallpapers she designed in collaboration with Cole & Son in 2009. They are ‘Franz Hals’ (the red one) and ‘Cut-out Lace’ on the short-sleeved court jacket.
And last but not least, our own stand! A big thank you to Nic Thomas for putting it together (work@workshopstudio.co.uk), JVC for loan of the TV monitor, Elemental for the vintage office chairs, and Fired Earth for the blue paint, which is ‘Gardeners Bothy’ from their National Trust range.
