Established in 2011 L & V Art and Design specialises in an eclectic mix of 20th Century British and European furniture, paintings, works on paper and objets d’art.  They love everything they buy, from important pieces of furniture by internationally recognised Mid-Century designers to glass vases from Murano. L&V Art and Design like to show exceptional pieces from many of the iconic styles of the last century from Art Deco to 1970s Hollywood Regency.  In addition to running their gallery in Battersea, London they also offer a comprehensive service to clients encompassing all aspects of collecting.

Accessories really make a house and home.  L&V Art and Design specialises 20^th Century Italian, Scandinavian and British glass. It is extraordinary how a beautiful piece of coloured glass can bring light into a room, or how an elegant magazine racks or umbrella stands can be both functional and stylish.  Every home should have a stunning mirror. They have a wide variety from the highly ornate Venetian ones to a simple brass framed one from Italy. Lighting is important to create atmosphere, they always have a range of sophisticated standard lamps, wall lights, desk lamps and crystal and ornate ceramic table lamps.

L&V Art and Design mainly focuses on furniture from the 20^th Century; but also enjoy combining the sleek lines of 1950s Italian and French furniture together with more traditional nineteenth century French pieces.  All their sofas and chairs are reupholstered in beautiful, contemporary designer fabrics selected to complement the elegance and style of each piece.
