Inspired by our small prints’ designs, our linen/cotton blend bedcovers can be used as a light-weight bedspread or in the lounge as a stylish, modern throw. The small print/ embroidery on the front is paired with a complementing reverse and border. Hand-quilted in a large double diamond pattern to add texture and depth, and filled with a soft layer of wadding perfect for all temperatures. Our iconic 100% cotton, unlined and tassel trimmed pom-pom bedcovers add a delicate and Provençal touch to any bedroom scheme; they can be used as a light-weight bedspread or as a stylish, modern throw.
Sourced through extensive research into French and English archives, Chelsea Textiles prides itself on using only authentic materials, hand-worked by master craftsmen into unique cushions which will stand the test of time, to become antiques for future generations. Over the past thirty years, the company have also extended their view of ‘antique’ to encompass vintage designs of the first half of the twentieth century in their cushion collections. Their wide range, which includes collaborations with well known designers such as Alidad, Domenica More Gordon, Kit Kemp and Neisha Crosland, is all produced by hand with Chelsea Textiles’ meticulous attention to detail and can sit equally comfortably within traditional and contemporary interiors. In addition to cushions and lavender bags, Chelsea Textiles has also have collaborated with Emma Sims-Hilditch on a sophisticated collection of hand-crafted home accessories inspired by the iconic 18th-century designs of Swedish furniture maker Ephraim Ståhl. The collection is designed to complement any interior, capturing the essence of sophisticated living.

Designed to work perfectly with the company's curated range of hand-loomed and hand-embroidered fabrics, its collections of traditional trimmings come in an array of styles and in its signature colours. Chelsea Textiles’ trimmings are made in England using traditional techniques with carefully selected threads and finished with intricate attention to detail. Varying from the simpler, highly-versatile Narrow & Wide braids which are perfect for upholstery and wallings, to the more decorative Fan-Edge and exquisite Onion and Tassel fringes; the perfect flourish to cushions and curtain edges.
