Inspired by 1950s and 1960s Italian design and handmade in England and Italy, the Contemporary Collection offers a made to order range of beautifully handcrafted pieces, including cabinets, tables, mirrors, seating and lighting. In addition to this growing selection, the company offers an indispensable bespoke service.
For over 20 years Jane Knapp was Design Director of Walcot Reclamation, where she gained an extensive knowledge of antiques and interior design. This resulted in a range of made-to-measure oak or cherry furniture, including refectory tables, chairs, servers and cupboards in a choice of size, colouration and level of textured distressing. Jane also offers a range of lighting, ironmongery and door hardware. Jane is, as well, an accomplished muralist.
Scumble Goosie specialise in furniture available either, 'raw', unfinished, or hand-painted. Working mainly in sustainable hardwoods, the range is heavily influenced by traditional 18th century Swedish and French styles but pared down to suit interiors and lifestyles of today. They are also able to modify sizes and vary designs to suit customer requirements, often for a surprisingly small additional charge. The range includes beds, chests of drawers, tables, desks and storage. Plus there's a complementary range of lighting and accessories.

Textiles include a wide range of kilim rugs and a new collection of embroidered fabrics by the metre. All Vaughan products are designed in-house, manufactured with great care, attention to detail and the highest level of craftsmanship.
