Terms & Conditions
1. The contract will become effective upon receipt by the Company of the completed and signed membership form. The online service will be for a renewable period of 12 months beginning on the earliest practicable date after receipt by the Company of the Customer's promotional materials in the specified format.
2. Accounts must be settled within 30 days of the invoice date.
3. Compilation of the website entries is at the sole discretion of the editors, who will make every endeavour to ensure factual accuracy.
4. It is the Customer's responsibility to notify the Company of any inaccuracy in its website entry.
5. The Company reserves the right to refuse subscriptions to the website at its absolute discretion.
6. In no event shall the liability of the Company for any breach of contract or in tort exceed the price paid by the customer for the website entry.
7. The Customer shall not hold the Company liable for any costs arising out of a dispute with a third party introduced to the Customer through the website.
8. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Should a Customer wish to remove its website entry, written notice of cancellation should be sent to the Company's address.
9. The Customer shall have the right to update textual information in its website entry up to a maximum of three times a year free of charge. Any change of image or logo will incur an additional charge.
10. The Customer will be responsible for providing the Company with images or logos in the format, and by the means, described on the Company's Membership Form. The Customer shall be responsible for the insurance of all artwork material delivered by it to the Company and the Company cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage.
11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the Company and Customer hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
