Wallpaper / Trompe l'oeil Wallpaper

Lewis & Wood was set up in 1993 by textile printer, Stephen Lewis and interior designer, Joanna Wood. Since then, the company has created a substantial collection of textiles and wallpapers, largely manufactured in Britain. Although best known for their sporting wallpapers in golfing, equestrian, fishing, and hunting motifs, they also have 'character' wallpapers in a wide range of designs: calligraphy, print room, trade cards, wine labels, bookplates and faux-marble. Plus stripes and tartans, toile de Jouy and damasks, and wide-width wallpapers in large-scale floral designs.

Lewis & Wood was set up in 1993 by textile printer, Stephen Lewis and interior designer, Joanna Wood. Since then, the company has created a wide collection of textiles and wallpapers. There are sporting and 'character' wallapers, florals, tartans and stripes, as well as this print room wallpaper created from a set of four French engravings charting the path of courtly seduction. It comes in six colourways.

Their newest collection of sumptuous velvets comes in Eastern-inspired designs and rich dark colourways.

Courses, Bookshops, Organisations / Other Courses

Fabric company Lewis & Wood runs some very popular one-day Saturday workshops. This autumn's line-up includes: home accessories, upholstery, Roman blind making, lampshade making, book binding, block printing, decorative cushions, bag making. Workshops runs from 10am to 4pm and cost between £95 and £120 a day to include most materials, lunch, homemade cakes and tea and coffee.
