Clare Mosley Gilding make eglomisé mirrors and panels, decorated crystal lampbases and a range of water gilded and toned curtain finials. Everything is hand made in their London workshop using traditional methods and authentic materials. Their eglomisé glass panels have been used by decorators in hallways, dining rooms, kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms. Eglomisé is a technique of laying silver and gold leaf onto glass which gives the effect of mirror. The finish is softer than modern mirror and can be toned to the customer's choice.

Their lampbases are exact copies of early 19th century shapes and are made in England from hand blown crystal. Being crystal the glass is very clear and so colours remain true and matching customers fabric or paint colours for the lamps is easily achieveable. Decorated on the inside, they have a beautiful surface which is easy to clean.

Hand carved or moulded, with a water gilded finish, available in bright or toned gold or silver. Gessoed curtain poles, with a laquered and wood-grained finish, can also be supplied.
